Motivation is the reason(s) why we act and desire.
It's our drive in our behaviour and the stimulation which enables us to commit, learn self-discipline and accomplish goals.
Habits are day to day routines of behaviours which tends to occur subconsciousness and consciousness.
Good Habits enable us to have self-control, self disclipine and can be beneficial to our physical and mentel well being. Such things as regular exercise, eating healthy foods/balanced diet or showing gratitude daily form good habits.
