Morning Motivation


The only way to get better, is to dedicate time and practice your craft.


I didn't just wake up one morning and know how to squat, lunge or do a push up. I "DECIDED" I wanted to lose weight, become fitter and stronger. I "COMMITTED" by signing up to the gym and setting myself days I could attend without making any excuses. I "ACTED" by turning up, although I had no clue how to use most of the equipment and felt out of my comfort zone. I "SUCCEED" by setting myself goals and turning up every week.
